Growing up in the country, without cable or internet, Frank Popp Jr., spent the majority of his childhood making short movies with his friends, including Joel Corriveau. Armed with an arsenal of Horror films and Fangoria magazines, Frank would spend the majority of his time studying the process of shooting, editing techniques and making homemade special effects.
In high school he met a fellow movie maker in drama class, named Chris Luciow. Together they shot and edited many short action-comedies in which a plot only existed to set up a fight scene, where nearly every actor, at some point, would die. In Late 2000, Frank moved into an apartment with Darren Toderick at 286 River Road, in Welland, Ontario. Together they decided to focus their creativity and energy on making short movies.
After years of sculpting their talent, Frank and his three friends decided it was time to undertake a full-length motion picture. Captivating local talent with their passion, many people offered their service and expertise to help see the movie through. 286 Productions is truly a grassroots company driven by a love of movie making and a lust for blood.

"Raucous, gritty and bombastic, it’s in-yer-face rock ‘n’ roll that would make Bon Scott raise his glass again. It’s a description many a band would kill for, yet it doesn’t begin to touch the over-the-top spectacle that is this London, Ontario based four-piece rock band. It’s truly “Two Fisted, Twisted, Rock And Roll”!
